Friendly staff, despite language barrier.

Not one thing.

Room was spacious and equipped with basic amenities like minibar, good quality toiletries, and free Wi-Fi. Location was great as it was walking distance to city center and easily accessible by public transport. Staff was friendly and accommodative.

The breakfast buffet was limited in terms of options and variety. The beds were not very comfortable and could have been better with more support.

During our New Year's stay, we found the hotel to be in a great location, close to all key spots, with free parking and friendly staff. Our room was spacious and had comfortable bedding, perfect for a peaceful night's sleep. We also appreciated the free Wi, Fi and hot water kettle for tea.

We were very disappointed with the breakfast options. the selection was limited, and there were no lactose, free or vegan options.
